Coaches

Paul Ngend

Mr. Ngend has been training and coaching the areas youth for the past 11 years. His expertise and proven ability to teach the fundamentals and the love of the game, lead his teams to win 4 state cup championships. Mr. Ngend himself has had a 10 year professional playing career. He attended a soccer school in France and then played 3 years in Central Africa for his native Cameron and for country of Gabon; both on division one teams. He also played for the Cameron national team as well as an independent Peruvian soccer league and the Washington international soccer league. He holds a National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) diploma as well as a NSCAA advanced diploma and a United States Soccer Federation C license. When he is not coaching and training, he is recruiting players for First Division Colleges and acts as a soccer agent for top clubs in Europe and the United States.

David Camara

David Camara is currently the coach of the LMVSC U-12 Hawks, and provides top notch training for various youth teams in the area. He is currently the assistant boys travel commissioner for LMVSC. He is a former member of the Guinea youth national team pool and has been approached by some of the best clubs in the world to play. He choose to get is degree and has now returned to his first love. soccer. Coach David currently holds a NSCAA National Diploma and routinely puts in extra hours helping players on his own time. Most players who have had to extraordinary opportunity to train with him have been excepted into the Olympic Development Program and have even gone on to train overseas.

Karim Mounbam

Mr. Mounbam is a former professional Goalkeeper for championship team the Baltimore Blast (MISL) from 2003-2004. He is currently the goalkeeper trainer for the Baltimore Blast and the Crystal Palace indoor soccer teams. In additional to training professional teams, he provides goalkeeper training to various team in the area. He has played for the National Team of Cameron as well as professionally for teams in France, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Costa Rica.

Lester Calliste

Mr. Calliste has trained and coached youth teams for 11 years covering age groups from U5-U19. He has worked with a number of local clubs including Team America, ABGC, DC Stoddard, Bethesda, Potomac, Vista, and McLean. Lester is also a Northern Virginia Royals Super Y league staff coach. He holds a Brazilian Football Association License, NSCAA Regional Diploma and has prior playing experience for the National Team of Trinidad and Tobago.
